There is nothing better than enjoying a refreshing frozen drink on a hot summer’s day! Even better if its healthy and good for you. This mango and raspberry creation is easy & delicious!
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup frozen banana
2 tbs coconut yogurt
1 lime (juice)
1 small container of raspberries
Divide the raspberries between 2 glasses (reserving a few for garnish if you like) & muddle using a fork. Blend the remaining ingredients, carefully pour over the raspberries, sprinkle with raspberries set to the side & ENJOY! (Serves 2)
